You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If more than 5 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund (minus shipping costs & 8% handling fees). Requests for exchanges outside of this window will be handled on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must notify us for approval before shipping back or returning any artwork.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please be sure to package it in original packaging if possible or similar, and as best as possible as frames are delicate and can scratch easy.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment only.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping amount plus an additional 8% processing/restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as an 8% processing/restocking/handling fee deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service like UPS with a 2-3 Air Priority option and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
